Detox Retox

The leaves have fallen from the trees and we have had our first dusting of snow...that means it is time to bring our practice indoors.


Join Theresa Hansen at Freedoms Edge Brewery for yoga and beer!  I can't think of a better way to beat the cold, reconnect with friends and get stretchy.

You will be guided through an hour long Vinyasa Flow yoga practice.  This class is suitable for all levels as modifications are offered throughout.  Theresa's cues and theming will pull you into a deep connection with your body and breath.  You will leave the practice feeling relaxed and stretched.

Following our practice we will enjoy a pint of beer.

Cost is $25.

Please bring your own mat.

Pre-registration is encouraged as space is limited.
