Little Lotus Yoga

As many of you know I do yoga in a lot of small businesses around Cheyenne and I love doing it.  I hope that you will join me at this new location.

As always you will be guided through an hour long Vinyasa Flow suitable for all levels of yogi.  Theresa teaches in a way to make you feel comfortable and makes the practice accessible to all.  Theresa will infuse each class with some flavorful theming to leave you deeply connected to yourself and asking some deeper questions of yourself.  This practice will leave you stretched and relaxed.

Following our practice we enjoy Juan's cool space getting mindful with bottomless mimosas with the best friends we brought and the new friends we have made.

I hope you will join me.  

Class will begin at 11 am.  Mimosas will flow before, during and after our practice if you wish.  Cost is $25.

Preregistration is encouraged as space is limited.
