Detox Retox
Join Theresa Hansen ERYT and the owner of Little Lotus Yoga for a community offering of yoga followed by a locally crafted pint of beer. At this event we will be celebrating the Mother Earth and expressing gratitude for all that she provides.
Theresa started these events as a way of bringing local businesses together under one roof to showcase what we have to offer in a unique way. Yoga by definition means to "yolk" or unite or to connect. This event does just that! We hope that you will join US.
This practice is suitable for all yogis (none of us are masters). Theresa teaches in a way to meet you where you are so you can feel success in the practice.
Please bring a yoga mat and a friend.
Space is limited, pre-registration is encouraged to reserve your spot.
