Little Lotus Yoga

Fall is upon us.  You can feel the crispness in the air.  You see the shortened days.  Kids are back to school.  And everyone is returning to routines and structure that were forgotten for summer.

Change is inevitable, how can you embrace change like nature?  The leaves don't get upset about changing color, they embrace their new identity if only for a short time before they fall to the earth.  The leaves arrive upon the earth's surface to begin their ultimate change and return to earth.  That is exactly what Fall holds for every living thing.  An opportunity to change, to return to themselves and find stillness.

At this retreat we will do just this.  We will be in nature to observe, touch and smell the changes.  We will practice slowing down and prepare our ourselves to go dormant.  It sounds sad, but really it is a celebration!  

Join Theresa Hansen, ERYT and the owner of Little Lotus Yoga for an opportunity to slow down.  We trek to Saratoga, WY where we will lodge at the Saratoga Hot Springs Resort.  

We will practice yoga multiple times a day, nourish ourselves will good food and wonderful company.  We will immerse ourselves in nature as we make the trek to Encampment to hike the Indian Bathtubs.  We will soak in the natural healing waters of the hot springs just steps from your room.  The resort has a spa where you can book yourself a massage for the ultimate relaxation.

I am very excited to announce that Astrologist Eugenia Krok, MA will be presenting.  What is up with all of the Retrogrades and how does it impact us as humans; our relationships with others, ourselves, politics, etc??  She will offer some great insight as we move into Fall and Winter.  **Eugenia will also be available for personal astrological readings, for an additional charge.
